Elsa treats Ariana to a rooftop brunch to talk about her meteoric rise to fame and share her suspicions of Dr. Wolf’s methods of bringing her fantasies to life. Without a second thought, Ariana brushes off Elsa’s doubts, assuring her it’s just a coincidence. Later, Elsa returns home to another fantasy set up by Dr. Wolf – two men ready to manhandle. Eager to share the experience with Ariana, Elsa is disappointed to see her best friend has packed up and left without a word.
