Marie (Anna Claire Clouds), a newly-accredited yoga teacher, is nervous about teaching her first class, so she enlists the help of her friend Polly (Gal Ritchie) to do a trial run of it at her home. But as Marie guides Polly through some moves, Polly ends up pulling a muscle, which Marie feels responsible for. That’s when Marie decides to give Polly a shoulder rub to help soothe her. It works, but Marie is now more nervous than ever about her upcoming class. What if the same thing happens to one of her actual students? Seeing that her friend needs to decompress a bit, Polly offers Marie some no-strings-attached sex to help her forget about all her worries, which Marie gladly accepts.
